Happiness Inside

Happiness is in Our Control
Healthy Body , Mind , Soul , Councious - all these has one correlation-Happiness. Happiness is very easy to achieve and it's a state of mind, not a destination. Eating healthy and balanced diet with regular exercise , pranayam keep our body and mind healthy, Our consious gives us the power to define good or bad, this comes after regular development of body and mind. 

Happiness><Material Possessions
But we try to associate our happiness with money, material possessions, gadgets and relationships. But as we grow we realise that these things can't give us the happiness. On the contrary, these things may lead us to sorrow, depression, agony and anger. If we understand the correlation properly, we'll not chase these things.  Healthy Body, mind, soul, conscious makes our core and if we strengthen our core the material possessions will automatically come to us, then we'll not value them as much we value now.

Pranyam = Superpower
Pranayam (breathing exercises) are very efficient to keep body and mind healthy at the same time. Pranayam help us control our mind. If we have our mind in our control, that's the super power. If you have decided to live happy, no one can stop you from being happy

Present moment is inevitable 
Another correlation of Happiness is in the present, not in past, not in future. Always live in present, whatever you are doing now is your happiness. Whether you are reading , working, eating, watching movie, always be in present, and enjoy everything to 100%.

Happiness= Needs< Responsibilities
Our Need and Responsibilities are also corelative to our happiness. We need to understand this relationship to strengthen our core.  We should keep checking the balance between our needs and responsibilities. 
To try that you can make a table , on left hand side mention all your needs and on right hand side, mention all your responsibilities. If your responsibilities are greater than your needs, you are likely to be happy.
If your responsibilities are smaller than your needs you are likely to be unhappy. And in 3rd possibility your responsibilities and needs can be equal, and in that scenario these will always be a tussle between you and your happiness. 
We heard that famous dialogue - with great power comes great Responsibilities. In real life it's reversed, yo get great powers we need to take more responsibilities and minimise our needs. 

Happiness<>Gratitude
Being grateful for the things we got is far more important than being depressed about the things we don't have.  Being grateful to the people who make/made our lives valuable, keep us satisfied and happy. Complaining for the things/event/people beyond our control is the easiest way to get in to agony state of mind. Acceptance for these things open our mind to work for the solution. Start accepting the people or things as they are , and the situations will be more easy to fix. 

Time Cycle is inevitable
The time is ticking at the same pace, it doesn't slow down when you are sad, neither it rushes when we are happy. Happiness is practice , being happy in odd situations is the greatest power, which comes with practice. Observation capacity which actually from meditation can give us the power to observe our mind, and we can correct ourselves than and there only. We call it our consciousness.  To make it stronger and live happy through each and every situation is practice, and practice makes us stronger.
